Volveran

We decided to call the group Volveran (they will come back) because from the very start it was clear that each participant, for different reasons, had fallen in love with this magic island and had expressed interest in returning ASAP.

As a teacher one of the most rewarding aspects of leading a workshop is to see the ability of the students to understand what lies behind a good photograph. In just a few days, their eyes became very sophisticated, more critical and demanding of their own work as well as of others.

Although they were all from different photographic levels they all had from the very beginning a common goal: get out there and take good images.

I can proudly say that they all took a big leap forward. The work speaks for itself. John has already committed to return early next year. I bet Karen, JF and Marco will be back soon.
